Laureen Cushing

Vice President, Human Resources

As Vice President, Human Resources, Laureen provides strategic Human Resources support to Wolseley Canada’s senior leadership team and oversees the human resources team and strategy, focussed on culture and engagement, talent development, and total rewards.

Laureen re-joined Wolseley in 2025, from Savaria where she held the role of Global Vice President of Human Resources. Laureen spent the first 17 years of her career at Wolseley Canada in progressive HR roles and leading large transformation initiatives across the organization.

Laureen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Nipissing University and her CHRL designation.
