Vice-President, Legal, Risk & Compliance

Greg joined Wolseley Canada in 2013 and was appointed Vice President, Legal, Risk & Compliance in 2019. Prior to joining Wolseley Canada, Greg was legal counsel to a leading global equipment financing company and spent over six years in private practice gaining experience in corporate/commercial, mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions, employment and commercial real estate law.

Greg provides strategic advice and counsel relating to all aspects of the day-to-day operations, special projects and compliance of Wolseley Canada’s business.

Greg is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and the Ivey Business School at Western University and holds the Certified In-House Counsel designation from the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

According to at least one BuzzFeed quiz, Greg is a Seinfeld Scholar. Greg is also a quarter of the way through his goal of visiting all MLB baseball stadiums and believes that the Blue Jays will one day have a field half as good as everyone else’s.
